Chief Human Resources Administrator

Seeking an accomplished HR & Admin professional to lead our end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development, Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies and Administration & Operations.
This role involves acting as a Trusted Advisor to Leadership on people-related matters, overseeing Office Operations, Facilities, and Vendor Management, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices. A 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in IT/Tech is required along with strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance.
The ideal candidate will have Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, ability to set up Scalable Processes in a growing company, be proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver. Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus.
