Job Description:

The role of Corporate Services Manager involves overseeing corporate secretarial activities for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This includes Listed Companies, Institutionally Funded Entities, Foreign Subsidiaries, Family-Owned Businesses, and NBFCs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, implementing internal compliance systems, and liaising with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
