Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Adobe Experience Manager environments.

  • AEM Operations: Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of AEM environments.
  • Deployment & CI/CD: Administer and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for AEM applications, utilizing tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • DevOps Integration: Combine AEM expertise with DevOps methodologies, using configuration management, infrastructure as code, and containerization tools.
  • Environment Management: Configure and manage AEM environments across different stages, including user permissions, replication agents, dispatcher configurations, and OSGi bundles.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for AEM-related issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems related to performance, security, and application functionality.
  • Security: Implement and enforce security best practices for AEM environments, including user and group management, SSL configurations, and vulnerability assessments.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of total experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to AEM administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM operations, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for AEM using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with related tools.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
