Financial Collection Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Financial Collection Expert to join our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding dues from customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Debt Recovery
  • Follow up with customers to collect all outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with teams to resolve issues and disputes raised by customers.
  • Ensure all dues are collected in line with targets.
  • Coordinate with customers to reconcile accounts and obtain balance confirmations annually.
  • Monitor incoming payments and compile group billing reports.
  • Focus on minimizing outstanding balances.
  • Ensure accurate accounting for collections and timely patching and clearing of receipts.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Strong command over spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivables or a related field.

Requirements:

A strong background in finance and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role.
