Production Manager Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-15 years of experience in production management
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
