Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all Breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction. Have complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base.
  • Provide timely Preventive maintenance to the assigned set of customers (Primary and Secondary) by keeping data on Planned Maintenance schedules for assigned customer base to justify Annual Maintenance Charges
  • Achieve assigned financial objectives and complete order cycle process. Achieve assigned spares and Service revenue targets. Ensure timely payment collections for transactions done for assigned customer base.
  • Report all service activities, weekly reports, expense statements, and other required data through Salesforce and emails to maintain effective communication flow.
  • Adhere to guidelines on attendance, leaves, mobile policies, travel policies, and other operational guidelines to ensure disciplined operations.

Education / Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Electronics Engineering.

Experience Requirements: 5 – 7 years' experience in Laboratory Equipment servicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of maintenance and servicing of Laboratory equipment (CO2 INCUBATORS, CENTRIFUGES, OVEN, Furnaces, refrigerator, ULT freezers).
  • Strong learning capability.
  • Effective communication and working skills at customer locations.
