Field Operations Manager


As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our field teams. This includes coordinating with team members, ensuring their presence at designated venues on time, and managing logistics such as travel, food, and accommodation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior management to receive instructions and execute them accordingly.
  • Coordinate with field team members to ensure timely deployment and execution of tasks.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment rentals and other services.
  • Ensure compliance with operational protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to team members.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English languages.
  • Good understanding of business operations and logistics.

  • Will be acting as a point of contact by reporting on the Field (Event Location) on a daily basis.
