Field Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Field Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of field operations by conducting regular audits and driving initiatives for process improvements.
This is a critical position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Field Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be tasked with:
- Conducting regular audits on receipt allocations to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Closely monitoring feedback errors and resolving them within defined timeframes to maintain high standards.
- Investigating and analyzing data to support fraud detection and field team improvement, leveraging strong analytical skills.
- Developing and implementing initiatives for process and quality improvements to enhance overall performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 24 years of experience in quality assurance or backend operations with a proven track record of success. Additionally, you should possess proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
