Client Liaison Specialist

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Client Liaison Specialist to cultivate, retain, and expand key IT service accounts. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure seamless delivery coordination between Sales and Recruitment teams, while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning key client relationships: strategic account management, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
  • Translating client objectives into actionable plans; guaranteeing adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Managing service orders and master services agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned with client demands; optimizing time-to-fill metrics
  • Monitoring account health, pipeline, and forecasts; identifying potential risks and implementing solutions

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development within IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and IT hiring cycles

Nice to Have:

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management System (VMS) expertise; rate card management, compliance, and SLA governance knowledge
  • Prior recruitment operations experience (ATS, submittal quality)
