Ai Delivery Manager Job

  • This is a pivotal leadership role within a rapidly scaling fintech, designed to ensure that ambitious AI initiatives move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.
  • You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for Ai and GenAi initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Ai programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub
