We are seeking an accomplished piping design professional with extensive expertise in piping, HVAC design and 3D modeling tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of piping design and layout activities for complex projects.
  • Prepare and review GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs and support drawings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, structural, mechanical, instrumentation etc.).
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design issues using advanced 3D modeling tools.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Deliver effective solutions through global client interactions, capturing requirements and designing accordingly.
  • Familiarity with marine classification societies, standards and rules.
  • Effective communication skills for individual and team work.
  • Timely delivery of design packages while adhering to project schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions and maintain design integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors for equipment/piping interface requirements.
  • Support fabrication, installation and commissioning teams with design clarifications and site queries.
  • Prepare design documentation, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

For this role, we require:

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • 4–12 years experience in piping design.
  • Background in Marine/Offshore projects desirable.

Essential Software Skills include:

  • AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Recap.
  • Navisworks Manage.
  • Parametric modeling tools.
  • AI Tools (any).
