Job Title: SQL Database Administrator

The role of a SQL Server DBA is to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL databases.

We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in managing SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 architecture, including knowledge of SSMS and SQL Agent.

  • Key Skills:
  • Practical experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with CDC with Debezium/Kafka for real-time data sync and basic knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.
  • Proficient in Performance/Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
  • Strong Knowledge of backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and DB maintenance on production support.
  • Experience with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends, as required).
