As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying engagement and retention challenges for our clients, developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, and building relationships with key buyers. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers to drive sales pipeline growth and ensure consistent meeting of monthly/quarterly revenue goals. Your strong analytical skills and data management expertise will enable you to optimize sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client engagement and retention challenges
  • Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach
  • Build relationships with key buyers
  • Work with Business Development Managers to drive sales pipeline growth
  • Optimize sales pipeline reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting roles, preferably in the SAAS/B2B industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in an ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree
