The company seeks a qualified professional with experience in mobile application testing to join the team. As a Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest level of quality for our mobile applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement testing strategies and best practices.
  • Identify and report defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of our applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications, including functional, usability, and performance testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on mobile application testing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to mobile application testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with mobile application testing tools, such as Appium and Jira.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and services, such as AWS Device Farm and Google Cloud Test Lab.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration principles.
  • Experience with code review and static analysis tools, such as Codecov and SonarQube.
