Job Title: Senior QA Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of banking domain knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in an agile environment following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application/domain requirements.
  • Analyze requirements, seek clarifications, and contribute to good acceptance criteria.
  • Create test plans that ensure product quality and stability.
  • Write test cases and automate test executions to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Develop automated regression test suites for continued assurance of product quality.
  • Review test designs, test plans, and test cases to ensure coverage.
  • Develop QA metrics to measure automation effectiveness.
  • Perform UAT tests that mimic end-to-end user scenarios.
  • Validate production by running sanity tests and data validations.
  • Bring innovative solutions to reduce operational risks by automating tasks across SDLC.
  • Work closely with agile teams to ensure testing aligns with project timelines and requirements.
  • Apply banking domain knowledge to testing processes.
  • Execute STLC process with precision and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Conduct functional and automation testing using Selenium/Cucumber framework.
  • Utilize test management tools like JIRA for tracking and managing test cases and defects.
  • Expertise in QA automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance tests.
  • Expertise in QA automation of data flows, data analysis, and SQL.
  • Expertise in testing for non-functional requirements.
  • Expertise in testing enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs and Kafka messaging.
  • Familiarity with Authentication, Authorization, and Security.
  • Strong banking domain knowledge.
  • Proficient in STLC process with excellent testing skills.
  • Experience in Test Management tools like JIRA.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with various teams on testing activities.
  • Collaborative mindset, self-driven, and takes ownership of tasks.
