Job Description:

A successful compensation and benefits professional will be responsible for aligning the organization's pay practices with its overall human resources and organizational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation structures, determine salary ranges, and manage annual salary revision exercises through surveys and analysis.
  • Communicate compensation programs to employees and management, monitor the compensation program, and make changes as necessary.
  • Drive best-in-class benefits practices and individuality under supervision.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the organization's compensation structure to maintain balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting/retaining staff.
  • Analyze market intelligence indicators via dashboards design including predictive analytics, and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
  • Maintain an enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
  • Consult with and educate senior leaders and managers on the compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Research and analyze market data to develop compensation structures and perform ad hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent.
  • Support HR professionals within the center of excellence and develop a global HR organization delivering client services and community engagement.
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences between jobs and perceived fairness.
  • Prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors, and complete appraisal/review cycles in a timely manner.
Benefits Management:
  • Drive wellbeing and benefits operations to develop and implement health and mental wellbeing policies and programs in conjunction with local and global teams.
  • Define problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coach/mentor operations team members across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India health and wellbeing strategy.
  • Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
  • Drive insurance renewal for the Fiserv entity.
  • Develop approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drive vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio and help the organization optimize ROI.
  • Manage multiple vendors/services contracts and renewals.
  • Lead internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Finalize the annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and implement events in conjunction with global and India teams.
  • Work with leaders, HRBPs, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to communicate/amplify Fiserv India's benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of total rewards in partnership with communications.
  • Manage and monitor health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Own and drive company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
