Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

The role of an HR Business Partner is to lead HR operations, manage all HR activities, and support business partners effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track the resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement and enforce discipline policy and code of conduct across the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Ensure adherence to Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement within the business.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
