Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Validation Manager.

This is a key position that demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration skills. As a Validation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

  1. Develop Validation Strategies: Establish comprehensive validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Oversee Validation Activities: Execute IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Review and approve test scripts based on objective evidence and ensure test adherence is followed as per testing standards.
  4. Risk Assessments and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  6. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, test reports, validation reports, and periodic reviews.
