We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the security of our organization's network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, experience with IDS/IPS tools, and proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise firewalls.

They will also be responsible for designing and deploying secure network architectures, monitoring network traffic and security events, and conducting regular network vulnerability assessments.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CCNP Security or CISSP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy secure network architectures for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and network access control systems.
  • Monitor network traffic and security events using IDS/IPS and SIEM platforms.
  • Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to investigate and remediate network-related incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in network security engineering or architecture.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, SNMP).
  • Experience with IDS/IPS tools (e.g., Snort, Suricata, Cisco Firepower).
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) and secure remote access.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking and security controls (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump).
  • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and security tasks.
