Join Our Governance Team

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our governance team as an Associate, Senior Associate or Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our governance policies and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform governance reforms and develop strategic policy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals and facilitate effective implementation.
  • Manage governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, troubleshoot risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights and clear recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law or Engineering.
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset, leadership abilities, and a passion for political and governance consulting.
