Procurement and Tender Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team of experts in IT solutions.

As a leading technology provider, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge data center solutions, cybersecurity services, and digital workplace innovations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee procurement and tender management processes across government sectors. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee procurement portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, regulations, and tender specifications
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare detailed tender responses highlighting our cybersecurity, data center, and digital transformation capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement management tools
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with major IT vendors
  • Previous experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales
  • Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and data center technologies
  • Certification in project management or procurement
