Job Title: IT Governance and Risk Manager

The organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its IT governance and risk management program. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective IT governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures that ensure compliance with organizational requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of commonly used governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
