Strategic Revenue Optimisation Role

We are seeking a data-driven revenue optimiser to lead pricing, forecasting, and distribution analysis across our expanding portfolio of boutique hotels.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy implementation.

You will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to shape and implement revenue strategies that drive performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys both high-level thinking and hands-on work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategy across multiple boutique hotel properties
  • Analyse key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
  • Use property management systems (PMS) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimise inventory
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
  • Develop and manage online travel agency (OTA) pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership
