Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM payroll professional to excel in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a functional role for HCM applications is required.
  • Strong expertise in configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management is essential.
  • Full cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll must be successfully completed.
  • Proven experience in setting up fast formulas and payroll costing configurations is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued.
  • The ability to work across all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support, is crucial.

  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Implementation Experience: Successful completion of full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.

  • Project Management: Ability to work across all project phases.
