We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing professional to drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources optimally, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports for leadership, offering transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • A strong analytical mindset, coupled with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • The capacity to think strategically while executing tactically.
