About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our organization in managing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with precision and accuracy.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively address issues.
  • Provide exceptional operational support to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
