About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

Your primary goal will be to drive measurable results from your campaigns, whether it's reaching new customers, retargeting existing ones, or optimizing for sales across different markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and conversions
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets
