Deal Value Creation Services

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) are crucial strategic drivers to enhance the value of a business—whether to generate growth, enhance capabilities or reduce operational costs. With increased disruptions, industry convergence, technological changes, creating deal value in M&A has never been more critical.

Many deals fail to achieve their original financial or strategic objectives as companies are ill-prepared for the speed and intensity of the deal process. Creating value in today's market requires a broader, bolder perspective.

Job Role:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within our organisation.
  • Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Ability to work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as our organisation)
  • Experience in developing complex models in excel and developing executive level presentations

Key Skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell: Support partner/director for building the practice in the north region
  • Have experience in planning & implementation of atleast 2-3 integration/separations of various front office and back office functions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Power BI

  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally with senior management and externally with clients
  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management
