Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and executing structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to our growth by acquiring new clients, building strong brand relationships, and shaping campaign strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Your core responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for our organization. You will act as the bridge between our network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value.

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and actively pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest the most suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies—including emails, calls, and outreach—to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development specifically within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer marketing space, including platforms like Instagram and YouTube, as well as industry tools and analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade, articulate, and confidently handle objections or close deals.
