Application Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technology professional to support day-to-day activities in operations across multiple processes focused on Salesforce capability.

The primary focus for this role is to maintain IT applications with a commercial enablement scope in Japan. You will play a hands-on role, focusing on solution analysis, problem-solving, incident management, continuous improvement, quality control, configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoption
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutions
  • Monitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Moderate to Strong understanding of commercial enablement business process and platforms and applications
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distribution
  • Excellent technology knowledge in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in IT and 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud as a software developer to Support both Development and Run Support
