Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with deep expertise in the Twilio Segment Customer Engagement Platform to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, develop, and configure applications that align with business processes and objectives. You will play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, solution development, and mentoring junior team members, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development and customer engagement platforms, specifically Twilio Segment.

- Lead and collaborate with a development team to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Drive key decision-making across multiple teams to align application functionality with business goals.

- Solve complex problems and provide technical solutions that benefit both immediate and extended teams.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic input during planning and design phases.

- Mentor and guide junior professionals, enhancing their technical capabilities and domain knowledge.

- Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews as part of the Agile development process.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Proven expertise (7.5+ years) in Twilio Segment Customer Engagement Platform.

- Strong command of modern application development methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in API integration and API management.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with AWS Analytics services.

- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Bengaluru office.

- The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
