Job Opportunity: Senior Creative Strategist

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling creative strategies for diverse brands, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to create innovative ideas and showcase creative concepts during pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans and script narrations to clients on behalf of any brand.
  • Ensure that all creative work meets exceptional standards and pursue relevant awards to recognize the team's achievements.
  • Report to the creative director, who will provide direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the integrated solutions team (account planning + client servicing) on various tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual guidance to the design team on any concept or idea originating from your team.
  • Break down the brief to junior creatives ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Revise tasks based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process, from idea to final product upload, whether it's for an event, shoot, post, or other creative articulation.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the brand, its competition, target audience, and stay informed about the brand's needs at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively.
