Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in affiliate marketing, CPL/CPS/CPA models, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate/publisher relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for return on investment (ROI)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate strategies
  • Negotiate payout structures and volume commitments with affiliates
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with affiliates
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing channels, including CPL/CPS/CPA models
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical proficiency to inform strategic decisions
  • Self-starter with a high ownership attitude to drive results
