">Key Responsibilities:
">- Support consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform end-to-end router configuration from unboxing to deployment.
- Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
- Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
- Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
">- 4+ years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
- Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
- Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
- Excellent English proficiency, with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.
Nice to Have:
">- Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
- Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
