About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Performance Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter, with experience in custom coding and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through analysis and collaboration with technology teams
  • Implement and lead execution of the performance engineering lifecycle, including planning, designing, and reporting
  • Analyze architecture and recommend improvements to prevent failures and outages
  • Create realistic performance test scenarios and workload profiles
  • Work with business and technology teams to identify and report on performance engineering issues
  • Architect applications for high availability, working with enterprise architecture and development teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms
  • Experience in working on Infrastructure and application performance and stress testing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret test results, identify root causes, and propose solutions
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
