Senior DFT Engineer Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to spearhead the planning, design, optimization, verification, and testing of electronic systems. As a leading technology innovator, we push the boundaries of what's possible to enable next-generation experiences and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for complex electronic systems, including digital, analog, RF, optical, and mechanical systems, as well as circuits, equipment, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements and bring up yield.
  • Analyze and devise new tests for new technologies, providing timing fixes for timing violations.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, hands-on experience in DFT scan, mbist insertion, ATPG pattern generation, verification, and post-silicon bring-up yield analysis.
  • Be proficient in scripting languages such as Perl and shell, simulating test vectors, and using tools like Spyglass.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of DFT concepts and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with DFT scan, mbist insertion, ATPG pattern generation, verification, and post-silicon bring-up yield analysis.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
  • Experience simulating test vectors and using tools like Spyglass.
