Lead AI/ML Innovations

We seek a visionary to spearhead our AI and Machine Learning strategy, driving innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement. This pivotal role will leverage data science to redefine how people find love.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall user experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.

Requirements:

  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model

Education & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
