Are you a strategic leader who can drive growth and success? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Record to Report team.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of record to report, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, and analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a large team while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team in Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
  • Review team's day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests
  • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines
  • Get along with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
  • Be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team

The ideal candidate will be an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and have managed a team size of 15 people. Strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel, and good SME knowledge of accounting concepts are essential for this role.
