Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support in project lifecycle management, ensuring timely updates and variance analysis.
  • Assist with budget and resource tracking, focusing on effective allocation and utilization.
  • Identify and monitor risks and issues across the project portfolio, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate between delivery teams, compliance functions, and governance units, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project support role, demonstrating expertise in project planning, governance, and reporting.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory environments and trade lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.
