Project Governance and Agile Leadership

We seek a seasoned Project Governance expert to spearhead the establishment of our Lean Project Management Office (PMO). As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for driving structured, outcome-driven software project execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and promoting operational excellence.

This strategic role involves working closely with senior leadership to create a streamlined approach to project governance, aligning with business goals while maintaining agility. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a strong strategic mindset, and have the ability to lead without ego.

  • Drive global cross-functional execution and collaboration
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience: 10+ years in project management, program management or PMO leadership, preferably in a software or technology-driven company.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
  • Ability to establish Agile, Lean, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices from scratch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of coaching teams and enabling collaboration

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with project and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Miro and familiarity with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Large Action Models (LAMs).
