Job Title: Solution Architect

About This Role

This position is responsible for defining the architecture of RPA solutions, creating feasibility reports, and designing solution frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with Automation Anywhere and strong IQ bot skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain workflow standards
  • Review developed workflows before production deployment to ensure development standards are properly met
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Assist the team in defining business and functional requirements
  • Design RPA workflows architecture to ensure efficient and optimum development and functionality of robots
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an architect using Automation Anywhere
  • 12+ years of experience in the IT industry in SDLC (.Net experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and best practices
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative without always being directed
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects
