Electric Vehicle Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring continuity of supply and driving cost optimization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  • Manage existing supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify alternative sources of supply.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless supply chain management and minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, and develop efficient order processing systems.
  • Select, monitor, and manage vendor performance, identifying and mitigating risks affecting supply, delivery, and customer demand.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Vendor Management within the Automotive industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to drive results at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain operations.
  • A goal-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments with a strong attention to detail.
