The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas, while also ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.
- Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas.
- Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.
- Oversee CRM/database usage to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct weekly reporting of team sales goals and performance to upper management.
