Are you an expert in quality assurance looking to lead a team? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Quality Data Annotator Manager.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement frameworks to enhance process efficiency, improve quality, and predictability of operations health.
  • Design and implement business indicators (lagging & leading indicators) and early warning systems.
  • Perform risk assessments and create robust controls frameworks.
  • Create process health dashboards & reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, and implement action plans.
  • Drive ongoing service assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and overall quality of work products.

Requirements

  • MBA or PG degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in service quality, project management, and quality management system for the service industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of service quality in operations and support functions, with preferred domains including supply chain, utilities, MPE, healthcare, and customer support.

Desired Skills

  • Sound understanding of business transformation concepts and frameworks.
  • Expertise in designing service quality assurance frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of business metrics and how support impacts those.
  • In-depth understanding of quality management system, operations, and support functions.
  • Proficiency in process improvement initiatives.
  • Customer-centricity and effective program management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, data visualization, problem-solving, and advisory abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, and MS-Visio usage, with preferred knowledge of SAP and Tableau.

Location

Available to travel and work in flexible shifts as needed.
