Epsilon Group, a leading industrial conglomerate, drives the global carbon black and battery materials industry with a vision to decarbonize economies and support cleaner technologies.

Our company specializes in carbon black and specialized carbon derivatives with an annual capacity of 115,000 metric tons and 320,000 TPA, respectively. We are poised for expansion with our Carbon Black phase-2 facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our company's vision.
  • Project Management: Overseeing project execution and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Corporate Development: Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances to drive business growth.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth and develop new products, services, and business models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Able to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting.
  • Experience in techno-commercial functions is a strong advantage.
