Job Opportunity: NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite consultant to lead the evaluation and implementation of customer requirements, leveraging their expertise in business processes and NetSuite ERP configuration.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP solutions.

  • Evaluate client needs and develop scalable NetSuite solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs and manage clients through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Oversee the full delivery cycle of ERP solutions, including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides for clients.
  • Design and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Develop data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools and execute them effectively.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver expert NetSuite training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and consulting.

Proven track record of successful system setup and configuration, data migration planning, master and transactional data setup, and ERP cut-over and go-live planning.

Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.

Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, balance sheet impacts, saved searches, workflows, and reports.
