Business Development Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the product department, obtaining mandates from various financial institutions, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth of the product department within a specific geographic area.
  • Obtain mandates from Banks, Financial Institutions, Non-Banking Financial Companies, Asset Reconstruction Companies, Private Equity Firms, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with Public Sector Undertakings and Private Banks, Financial Institutions, Non-Banking Financial Companies.
  • Finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with a Vertical head.
  • Coordinate execution teams for mandate execution as per agreed timelines.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on current market happenings.
  • Submit final reports and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Collect payment for generated mandates.
  • Gather sectoral knowledge and share research insights with bankers.
  • Achieve targets set for the timeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development for advisory reports.
  • Strong connections with Public Sector Banks and Private Banks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Females preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain.
