Job Title: Business Intelligence Expert

Transforming Data into Valuable Insights

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Expert to support business decision-making by providing actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, automation skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize datasets for analysis.
  • Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting.
  • Manage databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel).
  • Experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models).
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
