Job Title: Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to act as a strategic partner to our senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting critical administrative and operational functions, including calendar planning, global stakeholder coordination, travel, and expense management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Office by supporting critical administrative and operational functions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, including engagement with industry bodies and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive execution strategies for key initiatives such as Campus Programs, D&I efforts, CSR campaigns, and cultural engagement.
  • Support strategic travel planning and logistics for both local and international leadership visits.
  • Act as the point of contact for leadership in LA and other global locations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy while executing leadership mandates.

Candidate Profile:

  • 810 years of relevant experience in executive operations, strategic administration, or business support.
  • Proven experience managing CXO-level stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and an ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and adept at handling remote coordination tools.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA/advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in high-intensity roles with shifting priorities.
