We are a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand led by an ambitious entrepreneur.

You will be the right hand of the entrepreneur—managing operations, projects, and people while ensuring the entrepreneur's time is spent on high-priority tasks.

This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate growth, work on various business functions, and gain hands-on experience in technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, product development, and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects in technology, artificial intelligence, product, and marketing.
  • Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches.
  • Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entrepreneur's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork.
  • Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Shadow the entrepreneur, learn decision-making frameworks, and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or an entrepreneur's office role.
  • A strong background (or keen interest) in technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, or product management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
  • A hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years).
